1. Definitions & Scope

Throughout these Terms, "Udaan Academy", "we", "our", or "us" refers to the online educational organization operating under the domain udaanacademy.in. "User", "Aspirant", "Student", or "you" refers to any individual accessing our website, computer-based testing software, digital question banks, or study resources.

2. Nature of Digital Educational Services

Udaan Academy is an independent digital exam-preparation platform providing educational mock tests, syllabus roadmaps, and practice materials for public service and competitive examinations including:

• Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC RAS / RTS, Assistant Professor, School Lecturer, etc.),
• Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB CET, Patwari, VDO, Junior Accountant),
• Teacher Eligibility Examinations (REET Level 1 & Level 2),
• Comprehensive OMR-style Computer Based Mock Tests featuring the mandatory 5th-option evaluation rule.

3. User Registration, Authentication & Account Security

To attempt mock exams and track historical performance analytics, users must register with valid credentials (mobile number or email). You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Single User Access: Each subscription is strictly for one individual aspirant.
• Account Sharing Prohibited: Concurrent logins, sharing credentials across groups, or distributing account access is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Copyright

All test papers, curated questions, answer keys, analytical explanations, OMR UI layouts, graphics, trademarks, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Udaan Academy.

Unauthorized copying, scraping, screen-recording, repackaging, or redistributing questions on third-party channels (including Telegram, WhatsApp, or YouTube) is a violation of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, and will invite civil and criminal legal action.

5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Pricing for all paid mock test packages and subscriptions is clearly stated on the checkout page.
• All online payments are securely processed via RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, Netbanking).
• Udaan Academy does not store debit/credit card numbers or banking passwords on its servers.
• Applicable government taxes (GST) are included or itemized at the point of checkout.

6. Fair Use, Anti-Cheating & Prohibited Conduct

Users must not attempt to compromise test integrity through:

• Automated scripts, bots, or browser tampering to manipulate test timers or scores,
• Reverse-engineering APIs or attempting denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure,
• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content on public discussion forums.

7. Educational Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Udaan Academy operates as an autonomous educational provider. We do not have any official affiliation with RPSC, RSSB, or the Government of Rajasthan.

While our question setters make every effort to ensure syllabus fidelity and answer accuracy, tests are provided on an "as-is" basis for educational simulation only. Udaan Academy does not guarantee selection, appointment, or specific ranks in government competitive exams. In no event shall Udaan Academy's total aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service in dispute.

8. Governing Law & Exclusive Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
