1. Free Pre-Purchase Evaluation

To ensure complete confidence, Udaan Academy provides free diagnostic tests, syllabus previews, and demo question sets. Aspirants can test our OMR interface, 5th-option handling, and analytical dashboards free of charge before purchasing any premium subscription.

2. Situations Eligible for a 100% Full Refund

You are entitled to a full 100% refund under the following verified circumstances:

  • Accidental Duplicate Charge / Double Debit: If due to network lag, banking delay, or gateway retry, your account was debited more than once for the same test series order, the duplicate transaction will be refunded in full without any deduction.
  • Non-Activation After Payment: If your bank account or card was charged successfully, but the test series was not activated on your dashboard within 24 hours and our technical support team fails to resolve the access issue within 48 hours.
  • Severe Platform Downtime: In the rare event of catastrophic server outage preventing test attempts during the validity window, where the issue is unresolved by our engineering team within 72 hours.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Once any test within a purchased package has been initiated, attempted, or completed.
  • Aspirant change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or postponement/cancellation of exams by government recruiting agencies (e.g. RPSC / RSSB).
  • Client-side issues such as slow local internet bandwidth, incompatible third-party browser extensions, or unsupported personal hardware.
  • Accounts terminated or suspended due to copyright infringement, credential sharing, or unauthorized scraping.

4. Refund Claim Procedure & Processing Timelines

Timeline: 5 to 7 Banking Days

To initiate a refund request, please send an email from your registered address to support@udaanacademy.in with the following information:

  1. Full Registered Name and Mobile Number
  2. Order ID and Payment Gateway Transaction Reference (e.g., Razorpay/UPI ID)
  3. Screenshot or digital receipt of the debit transaction
  4. Specific reason for the refund request

Upon administrative verification (typically within 24 to 48 hours), approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment source (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 banking days in compliance with standard banking settlement norms.
