Important Information Regarding Account Deletion:When your account is deleted, your access to all enrolled courses, active test series, CBT exam attempts, performance analytics, and test leaderboards will be permanently removed.
1. Your Right to Data Erasure
At Udaan Academy (udaanacademy.in), we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play Developer Account Deletion Policy, any registered user can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal records.
2. What Data Is Deleted vs. What Is Retained
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted:
- Personal Profile (Full Name, Phone Number, Email, Profile Picture).
- Authentication records, active sessions, and FCM device push tokens.
- Mock test response sheets, recorded answers, and bookmarks.
- Performance percentiles, streak records, and leaderboard rankings.
- Course notes, doubt discussions, and classroom interactions.
Data Retained for Regulatory / Tax Compliance:
- GST invoice logs and payment transaction reference IDs (Retained strictly as mandated by Indian GST and financial audit laws).
- Anti-fraud, security audit, and abuse logs (anonymized after statutory retention periods).
