At Udaan Academy (udaanacademy.in), we are committed to transparent student service. Because our educational test series and study resources are delivered electronically with immediate access upon checkout, the following cancellation guidelines apply.
1. Instant Digital Delivery & Provisioning
All mock test packages, bilingual question banks, OMR scoring tools, and performance analytics are intangible, digital products. Access is automatically provisioned to your student account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation and Course Exchange Eligibility
- Prior to Starting Tests (Course Exchange / Swap): If an aspirant inadvertently selected an incorrect examination package (for example, enrolling in RSSB CET instead of RPSC RAS) and has not attempted or opened any mock test within that series, you may request a course exchange within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@udaanacademy.in. Our administrative desk will adjust your enrollment accordingly.
- After Test Initiation: Once an aspirant has clicked "Start Test", attempted questions, or accessed answer solutions, the order cannot be cancelled as digital content has been consumed.
3. Recurring Subscriptions Cancellation
For recurring passholders or periodic test passes:
- You may cancel recurring billing at any time through your Profile Dashboard or by notifying our support desk.
- Cancellation will prevent any future scheduled renewals from being charged.
- You will continue to retain active access until the conclusion of the already paid subscription period.
